Marchain provides digital products and services including templates, newsletters, and guidance sessions.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we follow a strict refund policy:
Once delivered, no refund is provided.
Digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned.
Refund is only possible in case of accidental duplicate payment.
Contact us within 48 hours with proof of duplicate transaction.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If money is debited but you didn't receive the product, email us within 48 hours.
Include your transaction ID, payment screenshot, and registered email address.
All refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
